When booking for the first time, our SwimEasy Customer Advisors need to speak to you personally to discuss your child's specific needs.

Adults booking for the first time usually have fear issues and our Customer Advisors can assist by providing expert advice on what method of teaching will best suit your needs.

Please call SwimEasy between the hours of 09:30 a.m. and 20:00. Monday to Friday.  We have a queuing system which will inform you where you are in the Q should you wish to hold; if you do not wish to wait you can leave a message and we will return your call.      

Please note: the office is unable to process any requests to alter timeslots already booked; this must be done with your Pool Manager/Progress Advisor.
