When booking for the first time, our SwimEasy Customer Advisors need to speak to you personally to discuss your child's specific needs.

Adults booking for the first time usually have fear issues and our Customer Advisors can assist by providing expert advice on what method of teaching will best suit your needs.

Please call SwimEasy between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on a Friday; if you are unable to get through during these hours this is because we are receiving a high volume of calls and all of our Customer Advisors are busy speaking on the phone. We would ask that you try to call us again as we do not have the facility to return your call.

Please note: the office is unable to process any requests to alter timeslots already booked; this must be done with your Pool Manager/Progress Advisor.
