Meeting Point for children
Children will be met by the pool coordinators at the entrance to the pool. (Note that there are two entrances via both the boys and the girls changing room.) Children will be returned to this area at the end of the lesson. Seating is available at the shallow end of the pool for children to assemble before the lesson begins. Children are escorted to either the shallow end or the deep end of the pool depending on which level of class they are in.
Viewing
The rule at this facility is that no parents are permitted onto the poolside. (Parents are able to observe from outside where large windows allow for ample viewing) This is for safety, noise, lack of space and for insurance purposes. We do allow the parents the opportunity to monitor their child’s progression. Parents are invited to view lessons on specific days during the course of each term. Parents are free also to communicate with the lesson co-ordinator regarding their child's progress.
