Entrance and Parking
From the main road ( Lauriston Place ) enter through school gates single entrance (watch out for on coming traffic leaving the school). Follow the drive round by turning left and follow the one way system to the back of the school and park on the top level. Parking should only be within allocated spaces. Please remember that this is a school facility and drivers must adhere to the speed limits while in the school grounds. Consideration at all times must be given in respect to the pupils attending our classes and the pupils within the school. Walk straight across the playground and enter the science block. Walk down the stairs to the bottom floor then turn left and enter through a set of doors. The changing rooms for both male and female are on your left and the lobby is on your right. Entrance to the pool can be accessed from both of these areas. Click on map for location.

Changing Rooms
Separate Male and Female.
Limited individual cubicles and showers available.
The poolside entrance is via the changing rooms on to the poolside
Meeting Point for Parents
Please meet the lesson co-ordinator in the Anteroom, which leads in to the poolside area Children will be returned to this area at the end of the lesson. Parents are asked to wear blue pool shoes when entering the pool area. These can be found at the door.
Meeting Point for Children
Children will be met on entrance to the pool after leaving the footbath and shower area and escorted to either the shallow end or the deep end of the pool depending on which level of class they are in.
Viewing
The rule at this facility is that no parents are permitted onto the poolside. This is for safety, noise, lack of space and for insurance purposes we do, allow the parents the opportunity to monitor their child’s progression. Parents are invited to view lessons on specific days during the course of each term. Parents are free also to communicate with the lesson co-ordinator regarding their child's progress.
Hygiene
All children must shower, blow their noses and go to the toilet before entering the pool.
Compulsory :
Eye goggles must be worn to allow for clear vision.
No baggy shorts to be worn as they restrict leg movement.
SwimEasy swim caps must be worn to prevent distractions and for reasons of pool cleanliness.
Swimming Costumes must be tight fitting we advise preferably one size smaller than normal.
