Entrance and Parking
As you enter the school grounds the playing fields will be on your right and the school building on your left. Enter through the first open gate, then immediately turn right towards the car park area and park in a designated parking space. Walk down steps towards the fire door to the PE department (marked with big red “No Entry” signs and walk straight up corridor. Turn right and the pool will be straight ahead. The wet side pool changing areas are on your left as you approach the pool but when changing before the lesson, please follow the posters to the dry side changing areas further up the corridor. Access to poolside is through the Main Pool Entrance from the corridor.

Changing Rooms
Separate male and female changing rooms with showers.

Meeting Point
Children will be met by the lesson Progress Advisor at the entrance to the pool. Children will be returned to the Wetside Changing Area at the end of the lesson. Children should assemble at the right hand side of the pool before the lesson begins. Children are escorted to either the shallow end or the deep end of the pool depending on which level of class they are in.

Viewing
Once the lesson has started, parents will be invited on to poolside. They will then be asked to go back to the changing rooms 5 minutes before the lesson end. Parents are also free, during this time, to communicate with the lesson Progress Advisor regarding their child's progress. SwimEasy has sole use of the pool during its Lesson Programmes.

Hygiene
All children must shower, blow their noses and go to the toilet before entering the pool.

Personal Equipment
Compulsory: Eye goggles must be worn to allow for clear vision.
No baggy shorts are allowed as they restrict leg movement.
All children must wear their SwimEasy swim cap to prevent distractions and for pool cleanliness.
Swimming Costumes must be tight fitting preferably one size smaller than normal.
Towel
Recommended: Pool Shoes, Robe, T-Shirt
