Entrance and Parking
Enter via the main gate. There are car parking facilities available here. From the car park turn right, away from the main school building.  Walk towards the Braille Press building and this will pass you on the left. There will be garages on the right hand side and just after these on the right you will find the Swimming Pool.

It is of vital importance that cars are only parked in the designated car parking bays. The children in the school are visually impaired and are familiar with the walkways laid out for them and parking cars within close proximity of these routes must be avoided at all times.  Your cooperation in this matter is vital in order that we can continue to use this facility.

Viewing
Viewing will be available from the small spectators gallery. We do ask that parents keep noise to a minimum and do not disturb the lessons. Parents are free to communicate with the lesson Progress Advisor with regards to the progress of their child. SwimEasy has sole use of the pool facilities during its Lesson Programmes.

Parents and children must remove their outdoor shoes prior to entry into the pool area or spectators gallery.

Hygiene
Children must shower blow their noses and go to the toilet before entering the pool.

Personal Equipment
Compulsory: Eye goggles must be worn to allow for clear vision.
No baggy shorts are allowed as they restrict leg movement.
All children must wear their SwimEasy swim cap to prevent distractions and for pool cleanliness.
Swimming Costumes must be tight fitting preferably one size smaller than normal.
Towel
Recommended: Pool Shoes, Robe, T-Shirt
