If it’s swimming lessons in Falkirk you’re looking for, Larbert’s the pool for you and your child. Parents often tell us that our swimming lessons in Larbert make for a fun journey being situated not too far from the Kelpies and the Falkirk Wheel.

Our teachers love making a splash at this five lane, 25 metre pool. It’s a great facility for all ages and abilities and especially beneficial to our upper level swimmers to get in more distance and build their stamina. Like our other pools, you can benefit from being able to sit on one side of the pool while observing as your child becomes an efficient swimmer and, most importantly, have a great time with our expert teachers.

Pool Information

Size: 25 metres x 5 lanes

Average Temperature: 28 degrees Celcius

Changing Rooms: There are separate male and female changing rooms with ample showers.

Hygiene: Our teachers really love it when children blow their noses and go to the toilet before the start of lessons. This tends to avoid any unwanted surprises and causes minimum disruption to the lessons!

Meeting Point

Children can make their way onto poolside where they will be met by the Progress Adviser. After the lessons, children will be shown the way back to the changing room area. Children should assemble at the right hand side of the pool before the lesson begins and their teacher will take them to either the shallow end or the deep end of the pool, depending on which level of class they are in.

Viewing the Pool

Once the lesson has started, you will be invited on to poolside to watch your child and generally you will then be asked to go back to the changing rooms five minutes before the lesson end in order to minimise congestion. Parents are also free, during this time, to communicate with the Progress Adviser regarding their child’s progress. We have sole use of the pool during the lessons.
