In order to relinquish your child’s place in their swimming class or classes, please fill out the following form. Upon receipt of the completed form, SwimEasy will e-mail you back with a confirmation.

Once you have let your place go it can be very difficult to get it back. As soon as your form is received and processed, that placement will be available for others to book and usually will be filled very quickly.
