This month we hear from Kai, one of our valued SwimEasy teachers based in our Holyrood pool:
I joined SwimEasy during my fourth year of secondary school as an assistant, and am now in my third year of university, and have been a teacher for 3 years. I believe SwimEasy has a great system for making teachers the best they can be. While working at SwimEasy you get both practical experience while also learning the theory. It’s really inspiring to get in the pool and mix with lots of different teachers who have their own individual teaching styles. Working at SwimEasy allows you to find out what works for you as a teacher and what works for different children as each child is individual and the SwimEasy passport allows each child to work at their own pace.
