🎨 Get Creative! Dive into Our Christmas Join the Dot & Colouring Competition!
The holidays are here, and at SwimEasy, we’re bringing the fun out of the pool and onto the paper! We believe learning is fun, and that includes activities outside the water.
We invite all our amazing young swimmers to take part in our special Children’s Christmas Colouring Competition! This is the perfect chance for Edinburgh, Glasgow and Falkirk kids to show off their artistic flair and give their hands a break from paddling.
🌟 What is the SwimEasy Competition Challenge?
Simply complete the dot-to-dot to reveal the festive swimming scene, then grab your pencils, crayons, or paints and colour the picture! This is a great kids’ activity for a cold December day.

The SwimEasy office staff will be judging entries based on creativity and effort. One lucky SwimEasy existing customer winner will receive a fantastic prize package:

🗓️ How to Enter & Key Date:
- Download the template from our newsletter or print the poster image.
- Join the dots and colour in the SwimEasy scene.
- Send a clear photo or scan of your finished masterpiece with your Child’s Name to your relevant pool email (e.g., gillespies@swimeasy.co.uk).
Don’t miss the boat! The closing date for all entries is Wednesday 10th December 2025.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Promoter and Competition Period
a. Promoter: The promoter of this Competition is SwimEasy Ltd (the “Promoter”). b. Competition: The competition is the SwimEasy Join the Dot & Colouring Competition (the “Competition”). c. Start Date: The Competition opens for entries on Monday, 25th November 2025, 9:00 AM GMT. d. Closing Date: The Competition will close promptly on Wednesday 10th December 2025 at 5:00 PM GMT. Entries received after this time will be void and will not be judged.
2. Eligibility and Entry Requirements
a. Eligibility (Existing Customers Only): The Competition is open exclusively to children whose parent or guardian: 1. Is a current, existing customer with a child actively enrolled in SwimEasy lessons at the time of entry. 2. Receives the official SwimEasy newsletter, signifying their connection to the SwimEasy programme. b. Entry Limit: There is a strict limit of one entry per child. Multiple entries for the same child will result in all that child’s entries being disqualified. c. Submission: To enter, the child must complete the official Competition template (Join the Dot and Colouring activity). The finished entry must be submitted via a clear photograph or scan, emailed to the relevant pool email address (e.g., gillespies@swimeasy.co.uk). d. Required Details: The entry email must clearly state the following information to be valid: * The participating child’s Name and Age. * The parent/guardian’s Full Name, Contact Phone Number, and Email Address. e. Originality: The work submitted must be the original, own work of the child entered.
3. Winner Selection and Judging
a. Judging Panel: The winner will be selected by the SwimEasy Office Staff (the “Judges”). b. Judging Criteria: Entries will be judged on creativity, artistic effort, and overall presentation. The judges reserve the right to consider age-appropriate skill levels. c. Discretion and Finality: The selection of the winner is at the complete and absolute discretion of the SwimEasy Office Staff. The Judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence, appeal, or discussion will be entered into regarding the judging process or the final result. d. Winner Notification: The winner’s parent/guardian will be notified by email or phone call within seven (7) days of the Closing Date.
4. The Prize and Conditions
a. Prize: One (1) overall winner will be selected. The Prize consists of two distinct components: 1. A £50 Kids Christmas Gift Card (voucher). 2. A 50% discount off the fee for the winning child’s Summer Term Rebooking. b. Non-Transferable: The Prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash alternative will be offered. c. Rebooking Discount Conditions: The 50% discount applies strictly to the cost of the winning child’s lessons when the parent/guardian officially rebooks that specific child onto the SwimEasy Summer Term programme. The discount: * Cannot be used for a new booking slot, initial enrolment, or applied to any other term. * Cannot be transferred or used for a sibling or any other child. * Must be redeemed at the time of the Summer Term rebooking transaction. d. Prize Forfeiture: If the notified winner cannot be reached, or fails to claim the Prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Prize and select a new winner.
5. Data Protection, Publicity, and Consent
a. Data Use: Personal data relating to participants (name, age, contact details) will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Competition, notifying the winner, and awarding the Prize, in line with GDPR requirements. b. Publicity Consent: By submitting an entry, the parent/guardian consents to SwimEasy using the following information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes across our digital channels (including, but not limited to, the SwimEasy website, newsletters, and social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram) without further payment or compensation: * The winning child’s First Name and Age. * The Winning Picture/Entry itself. c. Transparency: The Promoter reserves the right to publish the winner’s first name, age, and county of residence to comply with advertising regulations regarding proof that a valid award took place.
6. General Conditions
a. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not compliant with these Terms and Conditions. b. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition, or these Terms and Conditions, where it becomes necessary to do so. c. Entry into the Competition is deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. d. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland.
