We promote “When Ready” not just at term end.

At SwimEasy there are a number of things which make us unique. Yes we have very small classes (never more than 4 in a group lesson and sometimes less) and yes we have the best progressive programme around. ❤️🏊🏻‍♀️. A focus on safety 🛟and graduation towards a variety of aquatic disciplines is also a key performance indicator for our customers.

However we also take great pride in our “move when ready” philosophy. Every child learns at a different rate, so it is important that each child in SwimEasy is individually assessed both formatively and submissively throughout each term. ✅This means that some children will be ready to move onto the next level before the end of term. Most swim schools will wait until the end of a term to promote children which holds back progress. Promotion when ready is a complex admin exercise, however it is purely child-centric and an essential part of learning the SwimEasy Way! ❤️🏊🏻‍♀️💪🏽🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
