Are you out of the ordinary? Swimming teachers are usually extraordinary people. Teaching children in the very smallest of group classes is what you will be doing as a skill. It’s all about learning for you and the children.
Small classes (maximum 4 per class) will maximise your talents as a teacher. Progress Advisors are also on hand at every pool to and help lead professional development and support your daily needs.
You won’t believe how much better you will become as a teacher.
An induction style interview will help to ensure you know all the aspects of the SwimEasy Way of Teaching.
In person and remote training throughout the year is provided.
If you have qualifications for teaching swimming, or a passion for teaching and learning, we are looking for you.
What’s in it for you? A pay rate of up to £21 per hour can be earned depending on how many days you teach. Career progression is also available for passionate candidates.
